For the tenth edition, the 100 Miles Sud de France team offers you the unique opportunity to physically connect the sea to the mountains.
The crossing of the Pyrénées Orientales department, along the Spanish border constitutes an extraordinary challenge of 170 km and 9800 m of D+. Intermediate distances are offered with 95 and 55 km for respectively 5500 and 3200 of D+.
The start will be given on the magnificent site of the castle of Valmy in the town of Argelessur mer at the foot of the Albères chain, near the marine reserve of the Catalan coast and will offer you a bird's eye view of the Mediterranean coast. For an arrival at more than 1800 meters above sea level in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees in the town of Bolquere.
The other 2 departures will be from the village of Arles sur Tech for the 95 kms and from Vernet les Bains for the 55 kms.
